We put in a new system just now, called 'Pk Credits'. This system will,
hopefully, help solve some of the problems we've been having with
individuals doing things to organizations, such as defiling an Order's
shrines, or killing a city's guards.

HELP PKCREDITS should tell you all about it. There's a summary, then an
explanation, then the syntaxes, and then the reasoning behind the
system, so you know what we were thinking when we did this system.

Note also that you -cannot- participate in PK against an individual for anything covered by the PK credits system unless it's within the system. For now, only defiling shrines is covered by it. This means that the -only- PK allowed against someone for defiling shrines is by an assassin or champion hired by the organzation via the syntaxes shown in that file. (It would behoove orders to have some of their members become assassins or champions, if they aren't already.)
