As I posted a few days ago, you wouldn't be able to order credits from 8
am GMT until 8 pm GMT today (Saturday). Unfortunately, it seems to be
taking longer. I've tried calling the company that handles the credit
card stuff, but they aren't answering their phones (probably to avoid
getting screamed at by me and every other customer of theirs). Rest
assured that I left two suitably outraged messages on their tech support
voice mail, but there isn't much else we can do about it right now.
Hopefully it'll be back up soon.
