People wearing a Veil of the Sphinx will now be able to be located by
other people wearing a Veil of the sphinx, but only if the locator is
the owner of the Veil, and only with abilities that are one-time
locators (like 'farsee'), as opposed to abilities that track you
constantly, like angel trace or forest track.
