Web logins

Alrighty, web logins should be fixed. The buttons have changed a bit but
I'm sure you can figure it out. Also, you can now logout (which you
should probably do if you share a machine with anyone).

Okay, I'm going to post this... *prays there aren't thousands of people
it applies to* If you still are having trouble getting the vote blessing
AFTER LOGGING IN SUCCESSFULLY, please BUG it. Note, logging in should
only be necessary for those of you using ISPs who do IP address trickery
(AOL is the big one here). If it doesn't work, login and try it, if it
still doesn't work after that (and you're sure cookies are enabled on
your browser) bug it. I only mention this because a lot of people seem
to be confused about the whole voting business.
