Heading off some issues

During the recent event that gave birth to the Apostates guild, several
in-role incidents occurred which the administration has sanctioned as RP
reasons to PK under strict guidelines. The two incidents are as follows:

1) Invasion of the Chaos Plane. It is long custom that Occultists have
the right to protect the plane on which they gain their skill of
Domination. Occultists (and only Occultists) may PK those who
participated in entering the Chaos Plane for the killing of Danaeus up
until 10/27.

2) Torture of a Priest. As this was obviously a serious and dramatic
roleplaying incident, the Church has the right to PK those participated
in the torture of Valeo up until 10/27.

Those who fall into one of the above two categories who are killed may
choose to retaliate either directly or through the assassin/champion
system. By no means is this sanctioning any guild or organization to
randomly or indiscriminately hunt members of another guild or
organization. Also, by no means will this set precedent for future RP
reasons to PK. The administration reserves the right to sanction or
prohibit RP-involved PK.

The reason we are formally giving permission in this case is because
these were very serious events with wide-ranging consequences, and it
is, in our opinion, against the spirit of roleplaying to simply allow
those who did the murdering and torturing to just walk away and pretend
it never happened. I don't think this is unreasonable, and I hope you
won't either.

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Lupar, in the year 318 AF.
