I just thought I'd keep you guys updated as to what's going on.

First, I've re-enabled all the web stuff (vote blessings and artisanal
logins), because, obviously, that's not what's causing our problem. *g*

Second, I am still working furiously on the crash bug. Unfortunately, it
is unpredictable and we can't reproduce it artificially. This makes my
job extremely difficult as I must try to catch it when it happens just
so I can see the parts that are mucking up. Rest assured we're doing our
best to deal with it. Our stability is one thing we're quite proud of,
and this recent nastiness I'm taking quite personally. *G*
