Logins should be fixed, and you can submit away. Note, however, if
you're submitting for the August, your first submittal will have to be
handled by one of the judges, and placed in the August contest manually.
This has to be done before you can submit an entry for September. (You
may only submit one per real-life month.) To be safe, just hold off
until August winners are announced before submitting your September
entries.
