starbursts and PK

There seems to exist a misconception in the minds of some people that
killing someone only counts as killing them if they don't have a
starburst. This is untrue. When the game says, "So and so was slain."
then so-and-so was slain, regardless of how he or she is resurrected:
starburst, immolation, praying, grove resurrection, etc.

In other words, if you kill someone and they are resurrected (by
whatever means, including starburst) and you kill them again, then
you've just killed them twice, not once.

On another note, I've -dramatically- increased the cost of the starburst
tattoo. It now takes 1 of every type of ink.

Penned by my hand on the 1st of Sarapin, in the year 314 AF.
