I often get questions about potential credit discounts for buying more
than 2000 at a time, and up until now, except for very large amounts,
I've always decided not to. However, I've been convinced by someone's
arguments on the matter, and so we're going to offer the following
discounts:

3000 credits: 28.5 cents/credit
4000 credits: 28.0 cents/credit
5000 credits: 27.5 cents/credit

I'm unsure if these discounts will continue, but I thought we'd give
them a try. If there's a decent response, we'll continue offering them.
