Well, I've changed the way what your shouting voice sounds like works.
The reason is because things like intoning or resounding were meant to
be reserved for a few of the top players. However, as more players have
gotten to higher levels, more and more people intone, until it no longer
seems particularly special.

Thus, the change I've made is that I've added a new shout above
Herculean/Amazonian that still doesn't include your name. That's the
highest shout you can get without getting into the top 40 players.
Within the top 40, you'll find there are 5 different shouts. One from
rank 40 to 21. Another from 20-11. Another from 10-5. Another from 4-2,
and the final one reserved for the player with the most xp only. (All
these rankings are speaking of xp rankings, not other kinds of
rankings.)
