Seems there was some confusion about what exactly is used when
inb/outb'ing or inr/outr'ing. The helpfiles are updated, but let's just
list them here (I simplified them because they _were_ a bit confusing):

1. INB/INR will default to the first item found in your inventory. In
the case of a groupable item, it will do the entire group. If you
specify ALL, then it will try to use every item in your inventory.

2. OUTB/OUTR will default to a single item if no amount is specified. To
get the entire contents out, specify ALL explicitly (e.g. OUTR ALL
YELLOW INK).

For each case ALL in regards to pocketbelts is still limited to
manipulating 150 (up from the previous max of 50) non-groupable items at
once.
