Dearest Molly, I know that you are a Secretary, and there may be something that I have grossly overlooked in your post 1461 that dealt with the competition you were organizing, but I found nothing in it indicating that we were required to enter, or even suggested.
We've all been terribly busy in the past months trying to stem the evil tide that erodes the shores of our landmark domination. I for one did not enter because I've found prior competitions to be somewhat wasteful in terms of time--a lot of standing around at the Grounds when we could be out being productive. The problem comes with your post 1474.
Maybe I've gotten to the point lately that I get offended too easily, but your self-stated policy of 'being blunt' has in this case overstepped its bounds. To be 'disgusted' by our preference to saving our Devotion compared with one small contest fighting people with skillsets that we do not run into in combat ever (Dev/Necro) is not only ludicrous but singularly insulting. You have managed to call every member of our guild by implication weak and cowardly. Was this your intention?
I would have made my complaint in a message, but I feel your post invited public speaking-to.
Respectfully,
Griffy
