The discovery of Polyargos

I am sorry that I have to do this but I must contest Juniper's discovery. Although Juniper may believe wholeheartedly that she and Coyote are the discoverers of Polyargos I have to say that I was the first to set foot upon its shores.
I hold nothing at all against Juniper, I know she only argues her case because she believes it to be true.

Juniper, as far as I know, was the first to discover Ranthal, the druid. Ranthal was wandering the Aalen forest, he had fled his homeland - Polyargos, to escape a huge dragon and its wrath. He became lost in the forest and cried out for help. I began to search for him and came upon him not long after Juniper had. After speaking to him for a while Juniper and I (I think Rivalyn and Navi may also have been with us at this point) discovered that Ranthal was aided in reaching the safety of the Aalen by a ferryman by the name of Nate.
Many of those, including Juniper, who had heard Ranthal and his tale, departed to search any possible sites this 'Nate' and his ferry could be. I stayed with Ranthal, just in case he had anything more to say - and to make sure we didn't lose him in the Aalen.
After I had spent a fair length of time with him I was surprised to be contacted by Nate.
"Im over here... By the water." he told me. He then proceeded to give me directions such as "I am in the forest.. Not far from you." and then "Actually... I am near the forest on a beach."
However Nate departed before I had a chance to reach him, but very soon after Nolan contacted me and told me that he was in Nate's place and could take me to Polyargos. I found him and was about to step upon the ferry when I realised I was a little short of gold. I'd just like to take this opportunity to thank Jabalak again, he went out of his way to bring me some gold in order for me to use the ferry.
I headed back to Nolan and stepped upon the ferry to feet the wind and spray of the waves as I approached Polyargos.
The ferry landed and I set foot upon the island, aware I was the first of us to do so. Once there I set out to explore, discovering upon my way a cavern with some inhabitants of Polyargos who were sorely in need of help. I continued on my way and began to treck further and higher into the land. Here I came upon some harpies (Coyote later on was the first to discover their Queen). Further up I went, and found myself in the midst of a ruined temple. Passing through it I found myself ascending a spire, heading towards a cavern. I paused outside its entrance and glanced in to see a fear inspiring red dragon.
I'm fully aware that it would have been intelligent to turn back, head down the mountain side to a reasonable altitude and safety, but I had to get a look at this dragon - plus I didn't know for certain it would attack, did I? I stepped inside the cavern and just before the dragon began to attack I managed to get a look at it.
This is what I saw -

As awesome as it is terrible this great red dragon towers over you in all its hellish glory. Its saucer-sized eyes glare at you with the idle rage of a
creature confronted with an obvious inferior as its great forked tongue darts out between teeth that dwarf even the largest of swords. Rows of great
horn-like spikes run along the length of its serpentine neck and along its massive body gradually fading into seemingly impenetrable armored scales that
run down the creature's sides, enough to make any metal smith green with envy. Great bat-like wings spread out from the creature's sides fanned out to their
full size, giving the mighty creature a sort of great and demonic majesty. The beast's great horned tail whips about behind it lazily, bringing to mind the
image of a cat about to pounce upon a tiny mouse.
Yudhisthira does not even register your presence as a threat.
It weighs about 4000 pounds.

The second it attacked I decided it would be a wise decision to run, and did so... as quickly as I could in an utter state of panic.
Unfortuantely the dragon, whose name I believe to be Kry'thax, followed me and proceeded to put me through, what I consider, to be a rather large amount of pain. The sheer pressure of his jaws is capable of breaking limbs into halves, he is also capable of summoning wyverns into the room to assist in his attacks and make running all the more difficult.
And so I was slain.

As I stepped outside of the cave, giving thanks for the new life Sarapis had seen fit to bestow upon me, I heard Juniper's shout which was laying claim to the discovery of the ferry and Polyargos. I responded stating that I was the true discoverer of this land and was supported (I know not by whom), other shouts saying deathsight had allowed them to view my death to the dragon. Then a pillar of red light, which in my opinion came from my dragon friend who was not so happy to have been disturbed.
And so my tale ends, I bid you all good luck in the journeys you will, no doubt, make to Polyargos and offer you my warning, the dragon is indeed a fearsome creature and its wyverns are ready to follow you about the land.
