Sartan's Temple? Where occulists run and summon you to, in order to
kill you? I do believe Sartan's Temple is not sanctuary..indeed, I believe he
probably enjoys any killing that happens there..though I could be wrong of
course, in which case, Usteir should be greatly punished for repeatedly
lusting people onto the sight and trying to kill them on that unholy ground.
