Levitation and Frost.

Dearest Citizenry,
The reason Levitation and Frost elixers are banned (and I say
banned just to keep up the nomenclature) is in the intrest
of lending strength to the Wilderness Triumverate. Two of our
strongest (worst) attacks maybe negated or lessened by the
defences that these two elixers grant, namely Incinerate and
Hoist. But! Is this the true reason that they are banned?
Ponder this, my friends. What other situations do Frost and
Levitation protect you from? The horns of that Chimera have an
awfully hard time butting you when your feet need no
purchase upon the ground. And that pesky Firelord isn't quite
as effective when you are chilled against his flame. Indeed, a
a Necromancer's own firey blast is easilly shrugged off when that
icey brew flows through your veins. Add on top of this the recent
troubles with Dalamar. Troubles! I say diversion! And the
loss of sales from these two items (or maybe only a specified
embargo on sales) can easily be made up for with the administration
of the new "buyer friendly" easy access buyer's pricing guide.
(price gouging). But, I am a kooky old man. Gifted with
visions, he says, more like delusions, me thinks
say the locals...
