I'm arrogant enough, these days, to believe that when I have an opinion, it's worthy of the public board

All right, people. I joined the Infernals all those years ago to build a better world (for myself) and it's a common belief here that one can accomplish this goal (or come closer to...) by eliminating the weak. That is the bloody idiots that are fouling MY air with their existence

Couple of them really stand out. First, Kevin...or should I say, "Apprentice Druid Kevin". Now this little fool's prancing about trying to tell Drazik and Caleth the way things are? Bah, I don't need to waste ink writing about him, beyond this...as an Infernal, I judge that Kevin isn't worth the ground he walks on, and I'll do my best to get him out of our way. Thuggish, wasn't that? Well, I suppose it is

Now, Aesop...I'm not going to go right out and kill this fellow, out of respect for his patron, Lord Aegis. Now, supposedly I'm an ally of this boy here, since I'm on the same "side". Not damn likely - only "side" I'm on is that of strength. Aesop...it just doesn't look good when you accuse someone of jumping you, then say "okay okay, you're right..." when they explain the truth of it. If you've got to lie, at least do it *well*. Really tops off the cake that not many posts after, he decided to justify his killing of someone else by saying they "Jumped" him. He's so damn credible, I'm just lining up to believe him.
Aesop, take it from someone who's been fighting wars for a while and likes to think he knows what it's about...you can get your kicks killing people for a while, but in the end if everyone thinks you're a fool you have about as much power as a pixie.

An opinion for Lord Aegis, if He deems me worthy of His Ears...
Anyone can swing a sword. Not many are worthy of that ability, or Your patronship. We've seen a lot of people that are capable of killing, but I have to believe war is a cause more noble than murderous rampages when you get bored.

And Dalamar, look...you may say it's a personal war and doesn't involve Ashtan, but it's an empty claim. I'd think up an appropriate anology, but this is getting long enough:
When you take on a position of authority like Archon, you bind your name and honour to that of the organization you serve. When you wound your name (or your honour), you damage the credibility and good name of Ashtan as well. That is the price of service and loyalty - you aren't a man, you are an Archon, and your life belongs to Ashtan.

Ah...and a toast to Galdrion, who is standing up for his convictions and clearly doing his duty. While we usually find each other on the opposite side of a conflict, you've always shown me due respect and I like to think I've shown you the same. You're a strong man, and that's to be respected in all walks of life

Ah, and Thakren...doubtless you still can't fight your way out of a wall of thorns, but you've still got as quick a mind as anyone I've ever met. Though I think we all respect the bastard on some level or another, he still deserves some acknowledgement, though I doubt in his old age he's going to be able to read this far down my post before falling asleep. If ever there's enough need in Achaea to birth a God of Jest, I've no doubt Thakren will be the man for the job, and that strength - like any other - must be respected.

And to the random batch of idiots whose names aren't worth a place in my memory - the idiots that keep up personal conflicts by posting 2 line notes here 3 times a day, and worse the people that've taken to the "NT" posting with only a subject line...apparently your opinions aren't worth a real post, how can you be sure they're even worth a subject header? Don't let me forget the bloody INCOMPETENT sheeplovers that don't have the brains to put their scribblings in the proper section. Commit suicide, save your betters some damn time.

Ah, lo and behold, I've run out of opinions. Well, self-righteousness is a lifestyle to some of us and I suppose in the end I'm no exception.
