Herb Sales

This herb price/ban has gotten a bit of a control considering
the following few things:

1. This is not even set in stone *or* in effect yet. Not all
the leaders of all involved have even agreed to it yet.

2. This has *nothing*, and I mean NOTHING, at all to do with
Dalamar, exterminations, Ashtan, or anything else 99% of you
have thrown out as reasons. Simply put, this has been in the
works for *at least* two months now, as two months ago is the
first time I heard discussion of it.

The main reason for it is this (anyone with a simple understanding
of economics should get this). As the population of Achaea
increases, so does the demand for herbs. However, the way
are now, those with the skills to harvest, etc., are
consistently undercutting one another prices. (I'll sell for
10, I'll sell for 6, I'll sell for ONE!) We are de-valuing
everything in the process. As demand increases, and supplies
dwindle, prices are actually still DROPPING.

This is nothing the magi and the snakes haven't done already
with their wares, and there is nothing in this that is an
act of war against *anyone* including Dalamar.

Take into consideration here...if one of YOUR primary skills
was readily available and taken for granted by nearly the
entire population of Sapience, wouldn't *you* want to try
to do something about it?

That's all I really have to say. Two posts in two days.
I need to get control of myself here *grin*
