devotion... a comparison

Tranquility,
I havnt experienced the new devotion changes first-hand, but I have experienced the old system when at a shrine location, so I do know a little bit...
Back before DSL was downgraded, I would've prefered to fight a Sentinel in their grove before fighting a Paladin at a Shrine.
Note Sent, not Druid... our groves are slightly weaker.

Point I want to make... is if devotion is now portable and as strong as you say, then it DOES seem a little unfair. (and I want a portable grove, damnit! *grin*) But I'd also like to agree with the good Augur Fetzer.... give the Logos time.

Ah yes... the real point to this posting... I know an old monk tactic was to mind command the churchie to un-shrine-enemy (or however it goes) Is this still a possibility for monks?

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Daedalan, in the year 260 AF.
