Hi folks,

Let's take a reality check here:

1) Both sides have people that flout the treaty as and when it suits them.

2) Both sides have people (often the same as those above) who complain
when the other side flouts the treaty.

3) Everyone is getting highly irritated by the whole damned thing.

4) Some guilds will never reach a state of peace due to their inherant
hatred of each others practices.

Conclusion: THE TREATY HAS FAILED

Do us all a favour - declare the treaty void and just go back to hacking
each other to death as you see fit - I for one find this endless bickering
tiresome an pointless - we ALL know no-one is keeping the treaty in spirit

Let's just wipe THAT slate clean so we can all go back to our old ways
with no-ones conscience in any way damaged,
