Ok, from what I know you left shallam to avoid politics yet you post on the most controversial matter the world as seen in a long time...
You have played a vital roll in the world when it is at war...you provide herbs and concoctions to everyone for a small fee...so you profits soar during times of strife in Sapience, with you rarely suffering the pain of war
Also, I have not seen you in anyway apply the treaty to daily life, I did not see you as a signatory, nor did I see you name on the Leadership on any of the Three Powers. Then I ask, on what authority to you base your post?
Lastly, of course, in every disagreement there are two sides, Ashtan, who wants nothing to bend the treaty to its limits and utilize the "honourable" infernals. Then there is shallam, where peace is nicely enjoyed with the occasional Ashtanite raid in which numerous Shallamese citizens fall. Now, when I, a Shallamese citizen at the time use on of the powers granted to me by my faith to extract 3 of the Treaty breakers from they're 7 person team. And when they finally realise they've lost when 5 of the 7 are kneeling at Sarapis' throne begging for their salvation.. I did not want a war..and after numerous pleaas to _All_ of the city leaders I took the action I thought was right for the moment, and those who were on the other end of this most definately got the point
