There seems to be a hell of a lot of confusion about the most recent
treaty, probably largely because it is written very vaguely, and because there is no mechanism within it to decide who gets to judge when an offence has been committed. I won't do it for this treaty, but if you all decide to make another treaty, I will act as the judge in treaty-related disputes, if you wish. I warn you though that I am likely to be very legalistic about it, and follow what the treaty says rather than whatever the intents were of the people signing it.
