I am curious what happened to the tenets Gaian Knights swore to uphold, as it would seem to an onlooker as if you have broken faith with many in just this NOTICE. While, I am sure, you will argue it a warning it is far from such, in reality it is a departure from Honour and Chivalry to post this NOTICE.
For example I point to specific tenets I feel have been broken herein, Under Tenets of Honour, 5. A Knight shall embrace the consequence of their acts. As well under Tenets Of Duty, 4. A Knight shall make no justification for lapses of their Duty. In both of these Tenets it seems you wish to absolve yourself of acts you may undertake due to a lack of your own diligence.
The rest of your NOTICE seems to violate the Tenets of Chivalry for this I point to 1. A Knight should seek martial prowess and embrace civic responsibility., 3. A Knight should seek fair competition and avoid unsporting acts., 5. A Knight should encourage Chivalry and Honour in their foes, not merely berate them., 10. A Knight should not battle foes with overwhelming numbers without good cause., 11. A Knight should show courtesy, and refrain from excessive vulgarity or unjustified insult., 13. A Knight should guard their good reputation, and the good reputation of Guild and Order.
I would point to each part of your NOTICE but I believe it unnecessary. It is NOTICEs like these and actions akin that the masses take issue with and taint a Guild that should be beyond reproach but has tarnished its own reputation enough, mostly by inaction against their own, so as to render it undesirable but to a very few who decide to excuse each othera actions or people who refuse to rescind their title and uphold the Code until the Guild rights its own course.
I prseume this will be dismissed as I am not a Knight, I have just had it with the terrible behaviour and now one wants to set aside due diligence as well?!
