This is to serve as notice that all Targossians are hereby banned from the Court of Shadows.
As you are now the servants of the Grimoire, your presence in Hashan is a threat, and therefore intolerable.
No enemy status for a Targossian shall be removed until this matter is closed.

Dawnlord,
Tell me there has been a misunderstanding and your Lumarch misspoke.
Cabot and I have been traveling across the continent to challenge this threat and save the lives of all mortals, Hashani or otherwise. While I did this, offering you information to better protect yourselves, you largely refused it. Praying that ignorance and sloth would save you, letting Hashan and Cyrene take the risk in your stead.
Did it? Or did it arrive all the same, following the scent of your fear? Oh sure, you're very enthusiastic about butchering the beggars and the hungry, demolishing their shelters and charity kitchens. That does not make you strong. That is property damage and predation. Strong is to act when it is frightening, when failure means unfathomable loss. You lacked the stomach for that.
I did not think you would stoop to offering up the souls of the beggars in an effort to save your own. It will not work. Even if your deal pays off, your soul is far beyond saving.
Even if I could fathom why you would try to consign every person who happens to live in Hashan to destruction, most just innocent denizens going about their lives and far removed from ideologies, I am bemused that you would do this to Cyrene given your recent collaborations. That is for Cyrene to respond to.
If this is true, then you cannot be forgiven. It also means that you have the poor sense to think that you have any sticks to enforce your deal. It means you are too dense to understand the universal nature of its aims. It means that you are too myopic to see that against some threats, our fates are entwined. You act without thinking, you leap without looking, directly into the arms of your annihilation.
Here, let me explain why it made that offer.
Hashan and Cyrene threaten it. You are too lazy and fearful to do so. So it has asked you to remove the threat to it, the two cities trying to stop it. And according to your Lumarch, you dropped to your knees and obeyed. If we are removed, there is no other group seriously challenging it, and that leaves you without anyone to hide behind. I would ask how you intend to live with yourself but if we fail, you won't have to worry about that for long.
Luckily for you, we have no intention of failing.
