Greetings Sapience,

I am delighted to announce the establishment of a new educational and scientific organization for the public - The Cauda Rubra. This new organization shall have no official ties with any city, faction, order or otherwise, and shall merely be focused on the pursuit of knowledge and research for the unrestrained growth of the mind. Members of any city or otherwise may ask to be inducted to join in discussions of ongoing research, as well as even on the studies of the past. One may seek to rise in rank as part of the Cauda Rubra to be recognized universally as a scholar of great acclaim, and perhaps even to become part of the esteemed council.

I will reiterate that the many factional conflicts of the land have no place here and are to be left at the door. That stated, your own personal ideals and studies are utterly up to you to pursue as you wish. The main goal shall be the elevation of the mind to encourage further advancement in the land.

While we are currently still establishing the paths within, any interested individuals may contact us for early membership, and perhaps even add their voices from now.
