Hello, Sapience. Sorry for clogging our news, but I felt this was important to share.

Earlier this month, a couple Eleusians, including but not limited to Barnacle Senator Nielae Celes'Ciel-Distara, Grandfather talked to me about the Grimoire of Souls, including the fact that the people with copies hear whispers shortly before the Grimoire claims... well, their Souls.

As a test, I requested a copy from Nielae to see if it would affect me too, since I was there when the Grimoire was used first, and I was the scholar Pryla'ari warned about not having a copy of the Grimoire in the first place.

Well, I'd like to report that I never heard whispers, and I'm still alive, so it might mean two things. Either it doesn't affect people it already tainted those many, many months ago in Cyrene, or one has to personally scribe a copy to be affected. So far, all accounts have been conflicting.

I'd usually wouldn't post back to back, but I feel this is important information to have, and I'll soon be not exactly easily available.
