As a member of the Cyrenian Rebuilding committee, I feel I must offer some small clarifications. The extent of the damage caused by the flooding ultimately was quite closely confined to near the course of the Shuun'eludiela river, though the rest of the city was somewhat damp until our new Font was completed. Damage from Hailqas'an's Litany, on the other hand, extended as far as the Imperial Plaza, the Courthouse, Bard's Way extending as far as the Meadow, the gates, the bathhouse and the residential areas around Melodia's Den. In all, roughly half the city required significant rebuilding, including the barracks, which were subject to significant landslides.
This area has now been entirely rebuilt, and I urge anyone who is welcome on our streets and has not yet visited to explore these areas and see the many fine examples of Cyrenian artistry and resilience on display there.
May She stand forevermore.
