The Dawnspear has indeed proven time and time again that we will protect Creation above all else, including Cyrene if it comes down to it. An inalienable duty to Creation is, in fact, our entire reason for being.

I am delighted that you now understand this. While I am a little befuddled that it has taken so long, I suppose it does take quite a long time for sense to work its way through your quaint mountainside bureaucracy. My congratulations on this, the meagrest of victories.
