I would like to present a clear description of what will get people enemied from the fine city of Shallam. ANY offensive action taken against a citizen within the Shallam walls is reason enough to get branded an enemy. This includes telepathy, yanking, vortexing, dopplegangers, etc. Just because you may not be in Shallam at the time is no excuse whatsoever. Just a warning to the wise.
