Shortly after your declaration of open war upon the Village of Eleusis, I was approached by your Regent with interest in reaching a set of terms by which we would seek to call this War to a close. While this of course seemed premature, I could understand your haste in requesting this of us. This war is undoubtedly and vastly unpopular, your citizenry appears fractured in its support for your new masters. Those in silent objection have sought to undermine your 'progress' from within, many of which acting as informants, and members of your own military have pointed out the shortsightedness of vision to wield the power of the Tsol'teth.

Further, your citizens are not built for the type of war that the Village has hardened itself for. Your attempts to try to intimidate the coalition have in fact further exacerbated your situation. You cannot blame the Village for your obvious missteps.

You seem so quick to forget that you are the foothold by which the Tsol'teth have entrenched in the realms. You have donned the same mantle as they, and your citizens will wear the title of enemy of Sapience as long as you are in bed with them. I was reticent to provide you with terms because the type of wild, unchained justice teaches you the folley of your ways.


Unlike your elders, I understand the value of restraint, and so therefore do offer you the following terms.

- Your city shall immediately relinquish ties to your Tsol'teth masters completely the use of the Terminus of Destruction and its abilities passed to you by the Tsol'teth. Any corresponding items of power are to be handed over to the Village for their safekeeping.

- You will seek to restore the blighted Sunderlands into harmony with Nature, and replant the that has since been overtaken by its foul taint. No less than 2000 trees or shrubs shall be planted and a monument to Krizal's folly shall be placed therein as an ongoing reminder and memorial of the lives lost to the Tsol'teth.

- You will destroy 2 of your barracks and will be unable to rebuild them for a period of 25 years from the date of your surrender.

- The standing council of Regents and Seneschal will present for public execution at the hands of the Coalition of the White Wave for war crimes commited.

- You will pay an additional 2.5 million gold sovereigns in reparations to Eleusis directly for each year you fail to meet the following demands.
