The village of Hashan has been, and always will be, under the collective jurisdiction of the Serpentlords. Since it is difficult for a whole guild to speak diplomatically, I as GM will represent Hashan's interests.

Our current and public view is that neither shrines nor shrine influences are welcome in Hashan, period. We are definitely open to diplomacy in this war from both sides, but Hashan and the Serpentlords as a whole try to stay out of these conflicts if at all possible.
