There is no such thing as unsanctionned shrines. A shrine is a shrine. Once one is seen in Ashtan, the Church is blamed. The solution is simple: inform your member that they are not to put shrines there. Else, this conflict will never resolved.

Also, many of you do not realized something. This is a war. Why should there be reason to kill a member of the other faction?
