Night smiles, cradling the light,
Day weeps, lost in endless night.
A heart rejoices, but only one side,
Refusing to open, too proud to confide.

Clouds drift, carried by the breeze,
Carving through mountains with quiet ease.
The fervor that once burned so bright,
Fades away, swallowed by time's flight.

Flames rise, fierce in the air,
Spreading wildly, like soldiers everywhere.
Denying truth, unaware of the blame,
Eyes shut tight as justice wanes.

Rejoicing in the fleeting game,
Forgetting the end that always came.
A light that shines amidst the dark,
Crushed by Chaos' relentless spark.

They call it disaster, a shadow's embrace,
Turning from truth, they quicken the chase.
Bound by illusions, they lose their way,
Never seeing the dawn of a new day.
