My Love, The Rainstorm

Written by: Postulant Greys

My love, the rainstorm.
Before she comes I can feel her;
The air is filled with her presence.
When she arrives, she is gentle;
Teasing me with little light drops.
But only for so long, then her
Drizzle becomes a deluge, neigh
Drowning with her ministrations.
She floods embracing me fully.
She leaves a rainbow in my sky
And from her life can continue.

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Glacian, in the year 372 AF.
