A Challenge

Written by: Bardic Essayist and Courier, Jamethiel Windsong, Essay to Yggdrasil
Date: Sunday, August 22nd, 2004
Addressed to: Wielder of Song, Menolly Jinx-Alexandrian

Your Answer
-----------

You offer me a chance of a life
And you ask me to answer now
But I cannot ever see how
Can this lead not to strife
I wasn't looking for a wife
But somepme who shall
Be with me, with love to enthral
I give you the challenge of this tithe...

Write me two things, an essay
And a poem of what you see in me
Have you chosen just me alone?
Tell me what you think we'd be
How this would come to play
Give me this answer plainly shown!

--

You, young lady, know that I have not said no and this is a very
scribish way to elicit your answer. Don't assume that I've said no...nor
assume I'll say yes.

Penned by my hand on the 4th of Ero, in the year 371 AF.
