Bury Me In The Bitterflow

Bury me in the Bitterflow,
'Neath chill waters and falling snow,
Not to rot away when my corpse grows old,
But to weather the years, frozen in cold.

Bury me in the Bitterflow,
Away from those in life I'd known,
Leaving my loved ones and friends to forget,
Not inspiring sorrow, or worse, regret.

Bury me in the Bitterflow,
Hidden river that so few row,
While thieves have their way, robbed caskets abound,
My gentle deathbed will never be found.

Bury me in the Bitterflow;
When the world will end, noone knows,
But when it does, I will not scream in fear...

I'll merely watch the river,
Cradling a frozen tear.

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Chronos, in the year 370 AF.
