It is Sunday, the 3rd of November, and the following changes have been implemented:

- You can now SEARCHNEWS without interrupting channelled actions such as implanting a totem.

- The LIBRARY CHECKOUT command has been added to the list of library syntaxes.

- The output of FORECAST will now be prepended to the output of the WEATHER command if it is sent without further arguments.

- CITYWHO has been added as an alias to CW and CWHO.

- You are no longer able to set a condition on a REACTION with a random event, and conditions are cleared when the event to react to is changed to be random.
