We're constantly seeking to identify bottlenecks in Achaea to ensure optimal performance for you all. There's nothing more frustrating than lag in time critical situations, so this is an area we devote no small amount of time to.
However, there is a trade off here. Players never see many of these changes, as they're entirely internal. Occasionally though we find it necessary to make a change to a player facing system. We're aware this can be very inconvenient, so are announcing this one in advance so people can update their aliases and such in preparation for it going live.
Multi command aliases have been seeing more and more use of late, and the lack of an upper cap on the number of commands that can be stacked inside one alias is becoming a noticeable problem. With that in mind, we will be capping this at ten going forward. There is one fairly major case we envision this causing issues for people, and that is when switching priorities en mass. With that in mind, there is now a new way to set multiple curing priorities in a single command.
This command takes the format CURING PRIORITY <aff1> <priority1> <aff2> <priority 2> [...].
The change to aliases will go live this coming Friday (the 14th).
Thank you for your understanding!
