Rift expansions.

The rift has been expanded, allowing it to hold many of the common fluids used in everyday life. You'll find that you can now store up to 1000 sips of most curatives (2000 of health and mana), venoms, and other fluids, and they'll automatically fill up your vials when they empty! For example: You're out bashing, and your health vial runs out, the system will automatically refill that vial with health for you - no great need to carry around multiple vials of the same curative any more!

Filling your rift is simple, here's the commands to interact with fluids in the rift:
* REFILL RIFT FROM <vial|tun|pot> - Add sips/draughts/applications of a fluid to your rift.
* REFILL <vial> WITH <fluid> FROM RIFT - Fill an empty vial from your rift.
* IR <FLUIDS|ELIXIRS|SALVES|VENOMS|<fluidname>> - Check the status of fluids in the rift.

Additionally, we've added a new feature where the contents of a decaying vial is added back into the rift - no more lost curatives!

** Notes:
- Due to the magical properties of artefact vials, the additional sips offered do not transfer into the rift. So refilling from a 240 sip vial will only place the regular 200 sips into the rift and will cause the other 40 sips to disappear.
- Not all fluids can be stored in the rift. Warpaints, Shop of Wonders elixirs, and alcohol can not be placed in there.
