Just a quick post to let you all know that:

* Mail now works across the prime material plane!
* Oddities between Thirdeye/WHO and sensing abilities have been
corrected.
* Clan tells for all clans should now be plane-wide.
* Shipboard WHO listing should be more accurate.

As always, if you find anything that seems a little off with these (or
any) changes, please file a BUG with as much information as possible.
