Another myriad of bugs have been squashed and of note amongst this pile
were:

Meteor arrows should now correctly respect grace.

New automatically activated tattoos (moon, moss, ox, megalith, and boar)
should now correctly show their active state on TATTOOS.

Contracts that are nullified because the accepting champion/mark quits
the Ivory Mark or Quisalis Assassins should now also notify the target
that the contract has been nullified.

As usual, if you come across any bugs, please file a BUG with as much
