We've just made some balancing changes to Shamans, to reflect the
current state of Achaean combat. The details are as follows:

- TZANTA has had its "ramp-up" time increased.
- Performing any action while cursing TZANTZA will result in failure.
- The cost of BLIGHT has been marginally increased.

We'll be monitoring these changes over the coming days, and tweaking
them accordingly.
