We did something a little differently this evening, allowing freeform
submission of small ideas for consideration and implementation. We did
three rounds of ideas, and a winner was picked from each batch, the
winners are as follows:

Kard: I would like that the functionality of CONFIG MAPSHOW would be
separated into two commands so that Achaeans may view the wilderness and
seafaring and subdivision maps without undue effort without having to
deal with seeing a map every time we move. It would be very appreciated.

Jamethiel: Grant all newcomers 1-3 (or some maximum number) of free
rides on all the ferries to encourage exploration - technically this
doesn't help current 'players' (although one could give them a few free
rides) but it will/might/could help new 'players' explore further.

- Done, only better! Ferries are now free for those under level 25, and
half price for those under level 40.

Yasura: Wilderness boots, that let non flyers travel across wilderness
mountains and rough terrain faster like waterwalking boots do for water.

- Done! Landstrider boots will be available shortly from the Shop of
Wonders, allowing faster transit across all wilderness environments that
impede movement.
