We've made a small change to bait, reducing the effective time until
they decay.

We've noticed a large amount of it sitting around unused, so by reducing
the pure number of these tiny fish snacks, we can be ensured a snappier
and less-laggy experience.

So if you're going fishing, just buy as much bait as you need!
