17.4.4.2 The Iron Lottery

The Iron Lottery is a special event typically run with larger prizes consisting
of credits or artefacts. To participate in the Iron Lottery you must collect
iron tickets from denizens throughout the world. Some denizens will drop these
tickets upon death, other tickets could be scattered about on the ground (or 
beneath it!), so be sure to hunt them down. Once you have collected some
iron tickets they must be taken to the lottery office in Delos and exchanged
for tickets in the Iron Lottery. 

Commands:

LOTTERIES    : List all lotteries you can participate in.

LOTTERY EXCHANGE IRON TICKET: Exchange iron tickets for lottery tickets. 

LOTTERY INFO <lottery #> : Get information on a lottery. This will also show
                           your ticket numbers.
