19.10.10 Artefact (Permanent) Tattoos

Nearly all tattoos can be made permanent, except those which are single use. Starburst tattoos may not be made permanent. To obtain such an astonishingly wonderful thing, simply make sure that you have the tattoos on your person already, and obtain a phial of shimmering permanent ink from the artefact shops in Delos, and: TRACE OVER <existing tattoo> ON <body part> WITH PERMANENT INK.
