19.10.10 Artefact (Permanent) Tattoos

Artefact Tattoos, also known as Permanent Tattoos are available to the
discriminating buyer at any time for the cost of a mere one hundred bound
credits.

Nearly all tattoos can be made permanent, except those which are single use.
Starburst tattoos may not be made permanent.

To obtain such an astonishingly wonderful thing, simply make sure that you have
the tattoos on your person already, and obtain a phial of shimmering permanent 
ink from the artefact shops in Delos, and: 
TRACE OVER <existing tattoo> ON <body part> WITH PERMANENT INK.
