Simmons, captain of the lighthouse, mans the lighthouse in Sea Lion Cove. He is a kind, old gentleman who spends all his time tending the lamp atop the nautical structure. Simmons is friendly to outsiders and enjoys recounting memories from his youthful days at sea.
